• Photos and videos you capture through the app.
• GPS location at the moment each photo or video is captured.
• Device timestamp (and, where available, a trusted timestamp) for each capture.
• Business information you enter into the self-report / application form (business name, address, type, registration or license number, and any additional context you provide).
• Device attestation signals attached to captures (used only to tell whether the media came from an unmodified device and genuine camera).

Why we collect it

We collect this information solely to verify the authenticity of submitted media and to prevent fraud in the underwriting / inspection decisions the inspector or agency who requested the submission is making. It is not used for any other purpose.

Data we do not sell

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes. Ever. The only parties who see your submission are the inspector or agency that sent you the link and authorized reviewers on their team.

How long we keep it

Submissions are retained for the duration of the inspection or underwriting workflow and any retention window configured by the agency that requested them. Recordings and photos are deleted on the schedule set in that agency's retention settings unless they are subject to a legal hold. Contact the inspector or agency that shared the submission link for a copy or deletion request tied to a specific submission.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw the consent you gave when you submitted an application. To exercise any of these rights, contact the inspector or agency that shared the submission link with you.
