Privacy Ready

CCPA Compliant Virtual Inspection Software

California privacy rights honored for every user.

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), grants California residents robust rights over their personal information. VIP honors these rights for every user — California resident or not.

Consumer Rights Honored

CCPA/CPRA requires businesses to give consumers meaningful control over their data:

  • Right to know what personal information is collected and shared

  • Right to delete personal information

  • Right to correct inaccurate personal information

  • Right to opt out of sale or sharing of personal information

  • Right to limit use of sensitive personal information

  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising these rights

'Do Not Sell or Share' — Enforced

VIP does not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. A Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal is honored automatically without requiring a manual opt-out.

Sensitive Personal Information

Inspection captures can incidentally include sensitive data (precise geolocation, biometric identifiers in photos). VIP limits use of sensitive personal information to the purposes strictly necessary to deliver the requested inspection service.
