Data Subject Rights Built In
GDPR grants specific rights to individuals whose personal data is processed. VIP surfaces these as first-class product features:
Right of access — export a full data package on request

Lawful Basis for Inspection Data
Inspection captures are processed under contract (for the customer's business purposes) or legitimate interest (fraud detection, dispute resolution). Consent is captured explicitly for any capture that includes identifiable persons.
DPA, Subprocessors, and Transfers
A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available to every customer. Our subprocessor list is public. International transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and, where required, supplementary technical measures.
